Keep getting the message 'can't read the bluray disc, please eject the bluray disc and try again'. This happened with any disc I tried (Win7-32)

Same here. I tried a couple of Bluray discs with no luck. (Win7-64bit)

Me too. Can't read BluRay disk. Win x64. The Software must be a peace of crap.
