same here, can't get it to convert anything...it is stuck on

2 recorded files on my DVD. It convered one that will play but the other one will not play with anything. You also can't name the conversion, you are stuck with it's generic assignment title. You can't add it to the iTunes library in addition to a file on the computer. So it is unreliable and not user friendly!
